This was a great addition to pack in my carry-on for my medications. It was able to carry my reta without worrying about it constantly. Worked well and it was super easy to charge the ice pack. Just needed to pop it in the fridge for a couple hours and my medication stayed cool during the flight. I would recommend purchasing additional freeze packs depending on how long your travel is until you can get to a refrigerator. The case was a great size and fit well in my backpack and carry on luggage.

Stays cold for 24 hours at a time on road trip

I took this on a 2 week road trip, and it stayed cool about 24 hours each time before the icepack needed refrozen. It does help to put it in another small cooler with some additional ice packs, then it stayed cold enough for 2 to 3 days. To be fair, this was in Florida, but in an air-conditioned vehicle. Still...sun! It was very hot in the Keys in August, so yes, I give this all the stars!

Love this! I know most people use this for their glp-1s. However, I use this when needing to travel with my cat's immunotherapy injections (need to stay refrigerated).
